About the Teachers
Ashley Rideaux and Tamika Caston-Miller are so excited about bringing foundational teacher training to Houston. Ashley has been training teachers for 21 years with Yogaworks and Center for Yoga LA, and brought those trainings to YogaOne/Yogaworks from 2017–2019. Tamika is entering her 7th year of training these concepts.
Together with Elena Cheung they formed The Teachers Lab 300 — advanced training for teachers who want accessible, inclusive, and equitable yoga for the lifetime practitioner.
The Ashe Yoga School 200 Hour training deepens your practice and/or empowers you to share it, and builds the foundation for an RYT500 path if you choose. Both schools are fully credentialed with Yoga Alliance.
