CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & MORE!

Cancellation Policy
Classes may be canceled by the studio if there is inclement weather and/or teacher emergencies.

Latecomer Policy
We encourage students to be here no less than five (5) minutes prior to class start time for the benefit of their practice, the teacher, and other students. As of right now, we will not permit latecomers into class. We will have a waitlist and allow those on the list into the class as spots open. If a student has not shown up 5 minutes before the start time; his/her spot may become available to wait-listed students.

Private Class/Workshop/Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you register for a private class/workshop but are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours (retreat must notify within 14 days prior) before the private class/workshop/retreat is scheduled to begin. If we receive your request for cancellation more than 48 hours/14 days before the event takes place, you can get a refund to your original form of payment minus a 20% administration fee. If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours/14 days before the event, a refund will not be possible.

Absence to a workshop/retreat or event is non-refundable.
If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or studio credit will not be possible. Workshops/retreats and special events could occasionally be canceled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If your event is canceled you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund.

Class Package Policy

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover online and at the studio.
  • Class packages are non-refundable.

Cell Phones/Electronics
Please respect downtime in the studio rooms and do not bring your cell phones/electronics in with you.  Give yourself permission to let go of all outside distractions and honor the space along with your fellow yogis.

Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds of any sort, for any reason, at any time.

Young Student Policy
Our classes are designed for students 12 years of age and older. The yoga practice of a child is different from the practice of an adult. If you would like to bring your child to a regular yoga class with you, he/she must be at least 12 years old and you must follow the following criteria:

  • You must sign a separate waiver and release form for each child.
  • Please place your mat next to your children in the back of the room by the door so you may leave quietly if needed.
  • It is the parents/guardian’s responsibility to watch over their children to ensure that they do not injure themselves or disrupt the class.
  • If your child becomes a distraction to the class or teacher, the instructor reserves the right to ask you to quietly leave, expecting your full understanding and willingness to comply.

Any exceptions to these policies must be addressed to the teacher or management prior to class.
Children of any age may not sit in the reception area while the parent or guardian takes a class unless she/he is accompanied by an adult. Our reception staff is not required to supervise children. This policy will be strictly enforced for we do not provide babysitting services at this time.
