Hundreds of years of subservience, inequality, and sandwich-making tend to have that effect.
But that doesn’t make you any less.
That doesn’t mean your light has been forever dimmed.
It just means you need a gentle reminder to reset, connect and find your fabulous!
Details:
- Our daily schedule includes a morning practice of fun, playful yet vigorous yoga, and after your afternoon of free time, circle back around with restoration and meditation. Experience the therapeutic power of meditation with the beach as our muse.
- Together WE will create a whole experience and environment in which reconnecting with the self can take place and sparkle!
- All Physical Levels Welcome!
- Bring props for practice/meditation – Mat, bolsters, blocks, straps, journal.
- We will indulge, renew and deepen our relationship with self and others through some journal work.
- 3 beautiful and unique houses all on one block within walking distance to the beach will be our home away from home for the weekend.
- 55 minutes from the heart of Bellaire/Yoga2gather studio.
